Founded in 1939, Michael C.L. Hodgson is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents, Auctioneers, Valuers and Land Agents.
As with any property agency, images play a key role in the day-to-day marketing at Michael C. L. Hodgson.
“We needed a locally based professional photographer for estate agency purposes,” said Graham Iles, Director at Michael C. L. Hodgson.
After an initial online search, Graham found Richard’s Great Impressions website which showcases his property and commercial photography work. Happy with what he saw, Graham decided to get in contact with Richard to discuss his requirements.
“I enjoyed my initial discussions with Richard and was happy with his proposals in terms of what he could deliver, his property-based experience and his fees,” added Graham. “On this basis, I decided to instruct Richard to do a couple of jobs for me to see how they turned out. The results were excellent!”
“I have been very happy with Richard who has provided a reliable and cost effective photography service. Richard goes to great lengths to achieve a selection of perfect photographs for our property sales brochures for those clients who have elected for professional photography. Richard’s knowledge of how to compose a photograph is excellent and I have been extremely pleased with the results. With Richard’s help, Michael C.L. Hodgson can ensure that the properties that include his photographs are marketed to their very best potential. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.”
Vendors of one of the properties that Richard photographed were also suitably impressed with his work.
“I’m so pleased with the images, thank you so so much for taking time out again to photo the bay window. These photos are just superb and well worth waiting for. We really do appreciate Richard’s time and expertise,” said Ravenbank vendor Heather Coupland.
Within a week of the Ravenbank being photographed, property was under offer.
Graham concluded “We are delighted with the results and have just had a training session with Richard which was also extremely useful.”
