“We first became aware of Great Impressions after receiving an email campaign from Richard, showcasing his specialist property photography skills and services,” said Sam Fleuriot, Business Development Manager at Pringle Homes.
At the time of receiving the campaign, Sam was working on the marketing of a particular property, preparing it for sale.
“I already had some photos of the house unfurnished, but our typical customer is buying more than just a house. They are buying into an aspirational lifestyle and this needs to be reflected in the images that we use to promote our properties,” added Sam.
With the house furnished to appeal to their traditional clientele, Sam contacted Richard at Great Impressions about his availability and costs for creating a gallery of photographs that Pringle Homes could use both online and in print.

Richard produced an album of images of the property in question, including both interior and exterior shots that provided a complete picture for any would-be owner.

Sam concluded “The right images have a key role to play in attracting potential home owners, influencing their decision to buy. The quality of Richard’s images have certainly delivered in this respect and we already approached him about photographing more of our properties for sale.”
