Competition amongst estate agents is fierce, so being able to demonstrate effective marketing and quick conversion from ‘For Sale’ to ‘Sold’ is key to their success.  And when dealing with aspirational and investment purchases, images play a key part in engaging with prospective buyers.

Recognising the need to take better photographs of the properties they were marketing, Poole Townsend contacted Great Impressions following receipt of an email shot promoting their photography training services.

The staff who took part in the training were more used to valuing properties or performing EPC’s and had never received any training in photography.

Poole Townsend know all to well the value of good photography in helping to get more viewings. Their aim from the training was to get a better understanding of how a camera works so they could avoid common problems like over exposed windows, or under exposed rooms. The training also provided them with ideas on how to improve composition of the photos.
